The newly revised SkillsUSA Professional Development Program (PDP) is designed to help students develop the skills they need to make a smooth transition to the work force or higher education. The program is based on competencies that have been determined by business and industry professionals to be important for success on the job. Levels 1 & 2 can be used in your first year classes; Levels 3 & 4 with second year students. These Level 3 materials will build on Level 2 with 15 lessons that include developing personal financial skills, resume writing, interviewing, and management skills.
