The "Performance Charging System – Part 2" DVD is a continuation of Performance Charging Systems – Part 1. We demonstrate some new permanent magnet component tests as well as some great troubleshooting methods on an excited field type charging system. These will include a “full fielding” test as well as a rotor draw test. You will also learn how to build a simple Short Tester and learn how to use it to systematically locate electrical short circuits.
