Northern California has some of the most beautiful resorts in the United States. Just south of San Francisco, in Carmel, is the Quail Lodge Resort and Golf Club. Just north of San Francisco, at Boyes Springs, is the Sonoma Mission Inn. We will see how they use the extraordinary produce of the area to create some great dishes.
