In Wayne County, Ohio, Burt goes to the largest Amish community in America, learns their history, and visits their general store where everything from washing machines to radios are built to run without electricity. He discovers a group of scientists who can tell which cattle will produce great steaks and which are destined for hamburgers. Finally, he cooks Lemon Crumb Muffins and Cow Pie Cookies with two of the county's best chefs.
